IHI - Innovative Health Initiative Call 2 2022
IHI launches its second call in which research and innovation actions (RIA, Research and Innovation Actions) will be founded under the following topics:
HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-01: Cardiovascular diseases- improved prediction, prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring.
HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-02: Setting up a harmonised methodology to promote uptake of early feasibility studies for clinical and innovation excellence in the European Union.

IHI launches its second call in which research and innovation actions (RIA, Research and Innovation Actions) will be founded under the following topics:
- HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-01: Cardiovascular diseases- improved prediction, prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring.
- HORIZON-JU-IHI-2022-02-02: Setting up a harmonised methodology to promote uptake of early feasibility studies for clinical and innovation excellence in the European Union.
Any legal entity belonging to a member or associated country of the EU can participate.
It will be necessary to form transnational consortia made up of at least one entity legally established in a Member State of the EU and two entites from member or associated countries.
Requests have two steps:
- Proposal submission until September 20, 2022 (Pre-proposal needs incluiding all beneficiary entities)
- Full proposal by February 28, 2023
Proporsals are submitted electronically through the Participant Portal. To use the proposal preparation and submission service, it is necessary to have an ECAS account. Proposals have 2 parts:
- Part A:online form
- Part B: scientific memory
