Con el objetivo de promover la investigación enfocada a la prevención, diagnóstico, tratamiento y cura del cáncer de pulmón, se financiarán proyectos de alto riesgo debido a su naturaleza novedosa. Entre las área de investigación financiables se encuentran:
Improving our understanding of lung cancer biology.
Prevention and screening for early detection.
Identification of new biomarkers.
Development of more effective and safer therapies.
Mechanisms of sensitivity and resistance to lung cancer therapies.
Psychosocial research including supportive measures for people with lung cancer and their families.
Quality of care and outcomes research for the improvement of healthcare standards and overall patient outcomes.
Cuantía: Máximo 150.000$
