The platform offers comprehensive services in proteomic techniques, from experimental design to biological analysis of results and graphic representations for publication.
At present, the platform offers several analysis methods based on next-gen mass spectrometry to characterise the molecular mechanisms involved in biological processes, obtaining potential therapeutic targets for a variety of pathologies, as well as possible biomarkers with a prognostic and/or diagnostic value.
The Proteomics Team offers technology-based services, advice and training to researchers in the Navarra Health System (SNS-O), other public or private organisations and biotech companies.
The Proteomics Platform is part of ProteoRed, the biomolecular resource platform of Instituto de Salud Carlos III.
