Genomic Medicine

NAGEN: Project Genome 1000 Navarra (NAGEN 1000) is an initiative led by the biomedical research centre Navarrabiomed, which aims to transfer the use of the cutting-edge technology for complete human genome analysis to the public health network of Navarre. To reach this objective, the Navarrese Health Service-Osasunbidea (SNS-O) is carrying out the study of 1,000 genomes of patients and their relatives with rare diseases and some types of cancer.
 

This project is part of the NAGEN Program, which pursues the advancement in the knowledge and use of genomic analysis technology in the public health network of Navarre.

Proyecto financiado en el marco de la Convocatoria de Expresiones de Interés para la Financiación de Proyectos de Investigación sobre el SARS-COV-2 y la Enfermedad COVID19.
El objetivo global del presente ensayo clínico es estudiar la eficacia y seguridad de anakinra en combinación con el tratamiento estándar en pacientes con neumonía grave COVID-19 y SAM.
También se pretende analizar la disminución de la carga viral así como la reducción de la tasa de mortalidad, de la estancia en UCI, hospitalización y el tiempo hasta el alta hospitalaria.
