Project funded within the framework of the New Aquitaine - Euskadi - Navarra Euroregion, a common space for cooperation to promote projects that contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of the Euroregion on a cross-border, interregional and European scale.

This project focuses on the generation of short peptide libraries for the discovery and subsequent characterization of artificial epitopes that can bind to any type of detection antibody. The project will also work on developing the concept of a microfluidic method based on fluorescence polarization and classifying peptides with affinity for certain antibodies.

EPINPOC is a project led by the CIC biomaGUNE (Euskadi), with the participation of the CNRS (Nouvelle-Aquitaine). Navarrabiomed's participation is directed by Jacinto López Sagaseta, member of the Protein Crystallography and Structural Immunology Unit.

Navarrabiomed is a partner of the european project of the European Digital Hub of Navarra, IRIS. The European Digital Hub of Navarra, within the framework of the Digital Europe Programme, has been selected by the European Commission to take part in the first European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) network. 

This incorporation allows IRIS to act as a catalyst for digital transformation by offering its specialized services in Artificial Intelligence, Supercomputing and Personalised Precision Medicine to companies and public entities at regional, national and European level. 

IRIS Consortium is directed by Goverment of Navarra, with the participation of the most relevant actors in the region´s innovation ecosystem, including entities of the Navarra R+D+I system, SINAI, such as universities, technology and research centres, ICT suppliers, professional associations and sectorial business associations and clusters.

Specifically, IRIS EDIH is made up of 23 entities (two of them as affiliated entities), as providers of advanced digitalisation services of a unique and complementary nature to existing commercial ones, fully aligned with the European Digital Programme, the Navarra Digital 2030 strategy, Personalise Navarra strategy and the S4 regional specialisation strategy. These entities are:ADItech (as cordinating entity), NAITEC, AIN, CNTA, Lurederra, CSIC, UPNA, University of Navarra, ATANA, Nasertic, Navarrabiomed, INTIA, CEIN, Dinabide, Tracasa Instrumental, Tracasa global, Nagrifood, CEN, Chamber of Navarra, Cluster Functional Print, Citi Navarra, Econet and the Official College of Engineers of Navarra. In addition to the Government of Navarra and SODENA, which are associated with the project.

SISAQOL-IMI (945042  - Setting International Standards in Analysing Patient-Reported Outcomes and Quality of Life Endpoints in Cancer Clinical Trials – IMI) is an international multidisciplinary consortium, co-led by the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) and Boehringer Ingelheim (BI). The consortium has been convened to generate recommendations to standardize the use, analysis, and interpretation of patient reported outcome (PRO) data in cancer clinical trials.

SISAQOL-IMI will establish guidance on how to use patient-reported outcomes in cancer clinical trials so that they can be used in a methodologically sound way, analysed in a statistically adequate manner, and intelligibly presented to ensure a high study quality and a better comparability of results across clinical trials.

In june 2023, The Lancet - Oncology Magazine publishes the article: Setting International Standards in Analyzing Patient-Reported Outcomes and Quality of Life Endpoints in Cancer Clinical Trials-Innovative Medicines Initiative (SISAQOL-IMI): stakeholder views, objectives, and procedures.
